Our third dose of inspiration created by Kathleen, our guest scrapbooker this month. She’s used this week’s sketch and some of the contents of the Memories and Photos Scrap Box kit for December 2022 This layout is all about circles, which cleverly echo the Dutch cheeses!  Kathleen uses plain cardstock as her base, then adds photos and circles.  Inspired by the sketch but not sticking to it exactly, she’s used scraps of printed paper cut into circles.  This technique allows you to eke out your paper stock so make sure to save all your scraps.  Linda’s tips:  Use colour themed...

December 2022 Wk2 - Scrapbook Page Layout

This double page layout has been created by Kathleen, our guest scrapbooker this month. She’s used this week’s sketch and some of the contents of the Memories and Photos Scrap Box kit for December 2022 Kathleen has got her needle and thread out for this one.  She’s stitched lines across both pages, which adds texture and invites the eyes to move from left to right over the pages. Linda’s Tip:  There are various ways to stitch on your paper pages.  Handstitching is possible, but you’ll need to mark out and punch the holes before sewing, to avoid very sore fingers....
