Ink pads are an inexpensive way to add 'texture' without bumps.... Sam has used an ink pad to define the edges of her tickets and make them stand out on the page.
The golden rule for using ink pad with scrapbooks is always choose archival or permanent ink pads to avoid fading or blurring as the albums age....
Page spanning photos - Sam has done a great job of cutting her photo to match the sketch..... Spreading a photo across a double page layout is a great way of linking two pages together and not wasting any space
Make sure you on't make the split down the middle of a person or their face, its looks really odd!!
