Looking through my phone for a photo for this intro, I actually don't have a lot of photos of me! I must rectify that! I think we often forget to record ourselves in our scrapbooks. (Editor – exactly right, I think many of us are guilty of this!)
I work a very corporate job from home, and I discovered scrapbooking properly during the first Covid lockdown in 2020.
It now provides a much-needed creative outlet and escape from the corporate chaos. I am very grateful to Linda to have given me this opportunity to try something outside of my comfort zone (double pages and many photos!), I have enjoyed every minute.
I love documenting everyday life with family and friends, but also my previous life and travels as a Ships Navigator in the Merchant Navy. I now volunteer with the National Coast watch Institution and provide 'eyes along the coast'.
