I'm Elaine and I live at home near Sevenoaks, Kent with my lovely husband and our three dogs, I have two adult sons one of whom is married in to my lovely daughter in law and through them I have a gorgeous granddaughter who is the main focus of my scrapbooking these days.
I take far too many photos of her and my dogs! Even though I am a prolific and speedy scrapper I don’t think I will ever run out of scrapping fodder. Lol. I always use my iPhone to take photos as the editing features are so easy to use.
I started Scrapping around 12 years ago after hearing about it on the Jeremy Vine show on Radio 2 of all places! I have not looked back. After a long career as an estate agent I have taken early retirement and I am now enjoying more time spent doing what I love.. scrapbooking, card making and mixed media projects. I love meeting new people through my hobby, both online and in person and I find the crafting community is a great place to hang out.. especially during a global pandemic.
I have been on several design teams in the past, both in the UK and internationally, most notably on UK Scrap Addicts which has a large Facebook following and Merly Impressions. I have featured in Crafts Beautiful amongst others too. I am honoured to be asked to feature here and I hope you like my layouts.
