If you are ever stuck for what colours to match with your photos, neutrals are always a good bet.... They don't appear on the colour wheel as they have a separate catagory all of their own. Neutrals would include black, grey, white, dark browns and cream.
This muted colour pallette allows you to scrapbook photographs with any colours in them, and even sets of photos that you want to use that have clashing colours in different images.
Another option if you have a mismatched collection of photographs, is to print them all as black and white. This way you solve the problem of matching colours completely!
