I grew up in Ipswich, Suffolk and when I married my husband Andy in 1988 we bought our house in nearby Bramford where we still live today. I have 3 grown up children, 2 boys and a girl, and so far two gorgeous grandsons.
I am also a mad cat lady; I have one cat Ollie who loves to bring all his cat friends home. I work as a care assistant for the elderly and work nights in a very assisted living complex.
I started scrapbooking in 2005 after a family holiday to Florida. I found Papermaze online when we got home and was delighted to find they not only had a shop but ran a monthly crop about 4 miles from where I live.
The following year I started up a monthly crop in my village hall and it is still going strong today. Crafting is my me time. Over the past 18 years of scrapbooking I have made several life long friends.
I have been a guest designer for the Scrapbook magazine, sadly no longer published. I also design the monthly crop kits for the crop I run, and several times a year for the Papermaze monthly crop kit.
I love taking any kind of photos. Recently I did the Morph Trail in London and also went to the Freddie Mercury sale and exhibition at Sotheby’s. My two young grandsons are now my main subjects.
