Repeating Photo Blocks for Strong Visual Flow

Using multiple small rectangular photos across both pages creates a strong horizontal flow. This approach is perfect when you have many images of the same subject because the repetitions draw the eye naturally from left to right. To achieve this, choose photos with similar colour tones and crop them consistently. Keeping equal spacing between the images enhances the grid effect and ensures that nothing looks cluttered.

Combining Large Feature Photos with Supporting Images

This layout balances one or two prominent photos with several smaller detail shots. The larger photos act as focal points, anchoring the page and giving the viewer a moment of pause before exploring the surrounding images. Choose your sharpest or most meaningful photos for these positions. Mounting them on contrasting paper helps them stand out without overwhelming the rest of the design.

Using Textured and Patterned Background Layers
