Other than crafting, what else do you like to do?

When I take time out its usually to travel.  I make time to explore new countries, and I try to immerse myself in the local culture, meet local people; visit places off the beaten track or try unusual activities, rather than tourist destinations.

I've been enjoying exploring South East Asia the past few years.  Its such a diverse and different place, always a surprise around each corner.  The common denominator is that people are always kind, curious and eager to chat.  Wanting to know about our UK traditions and culture, and sharing theirs with me.

I also love visiting places in the UK too.  I enjoy photography, mostly portraits of my family and friends, but I document my trips, the experiences I have and the people I meet.

Water also calls to me, whether its walking on the beach, beachcombing, or jumping in to cool off. I love swimming; in the ocean, rivers lakes or swimming pools!
